Service Owner
Masonry you can read like a line item.
Owner-operated out of North Harbor since 2011. We post our scope, price every course, and show up when we say we will. Residential foundations, chimneys, retaining walls, and commercial veneer — quoted by the square foot, finished by the date on the contract.
- Foundation & Block WorkPoured and block foundations for new construction and additions. Waterproofing, parging, and step-crack repair on existing walls. Priced per linear foot with materials itemized separately.
- Brick & Stone VeneerFull-bed and thin-veneer installation for residential facades, commercial storefronts, and accent walls. We source from three regional quarries and stock nine standard brick profiles.
- Chimney Build & RestorationNew chimney construction, crown replacement, repointing, and full tear-down rebuilds. Every chimney job includes a 14-point inspection report with photographs before work begins.
Credibility
The practical signals that lower hesitation
Service buyers move faster when the proof is specific, visible, and framed like operating evidence instead of decoration.
Offers
A service ladder people can understand quickly
The layout is closer to a clear proposal than a vague promise. It should feel usable before the first call.

Client Notes
Language that sounds like trust instead of fluff
The testimonial treatment stays specific and unsentimental so the confidence feels earned.
"They handed us a quote that read like a receipt — every row of block, every bag of mortar, every hour of labor. The wall came in on budget and two days early. First contractor I've ever re-hired without getting a second bid."
"We needed 220 linear feet of retaining wall on a grade that two other crews walked away from. North Harbor showed up with an engineer's sketch, a drainage plan, and a price per foot. Wall's been through three winters without a crack."
"Our 1928 chimney was separating from the house. Marcus came out, took photos from the roof, and sent a scope that explained every repair in plain language. Rebuilt crown to flashing in six days. Mortar color is a dead match."

The practical questions before outreach
Answer only the things that unblock a serious buyer and keep the tone steady.
Yes. Every site visit, measurement, and written scope is free. If we can't do the work, we'll tell you why and point you to someone who can.
We work within a 45-mile radius of North Harbor — covering the full county, the Old Mill District, Cedar Point, and the east-shore communities. Jobs beyond that radius are considered case by case.
Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on season. Emergency structural repairs — bowing walls, chimney separation, foundation cracks — are triaged within 48 hours.
Fully licensed, bonded, and insured for residential and commercial masonry in the state. Certificates of insurance provided on request before work begins.
If any line item changes during the build, we document the reason, get your written approval before proceeding, and issue a change-order addendum. No surprise invoices.
Every project carries a 5-year structural warranty on labor and workmanship. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer and listed on your closeout packet.
